New Management, Old Values

On 9th December 2009, a management team consisting of Adrian Parkin and Jim Liptrot purchased the Howorth Air Technology and Westbury Filtermation business from Price Waterhouse Cooper.  The company names remain unchanged and are both now privately owned and funded.

 Adrian Parkin was a director of Howorth Air Technology Ltd, and prior to that a director of Howorth Airtech Ltd.  Howorth’s former financial director, David Fisher, has also re-joined the team.   

All key staff, suppliers and sub-contractors have been retained and the two companies are able to offer a complete and unbroken service to their customers.

 Adrian Parkin, managing director of Howorth, says: “The last few months have been difficult and the transition to a new business is never without its challenges.  However, we are convinced that the worst is behind us and Howorth has a great future.  We would like to thank our loyal customers, staff and suppliers for their continued support through this ownership change, and look forward to many successful future years of service to the healthcare industry.”
