Pure Protection Dispensing and Charging Isolators A common need is to provide a contained method of dispensing, sub-dividing or charging material from a range of containers into a process vessel, smaller range of similar containers, split valves or RTPs for transfer to subsequent processes. Tray Dryer Isolator This specially developed unit offers a totally safe method of drying potent compounds with the highest level of operator protection. We have achieved this by combining vacuum tray drying and barrier isolation technologies as one integrated unit. The isolator consists of an interlocked load chamber for the entry of trays, scoops and components etc, together with a main materials handling chamber hermetically sealed to the vacuum tray dryer at the rear face. Slurry is pumped into a small pan filter located in the base of the chamber prior to the product being loaded into trays and placed into the dryer.
