Process Innovation Out-Flate: Utilises a flexible membrane that expands outwards to provide a dust tight seal within the neck of plastic bags, liners and FIBCs and additionally to provide improved levels of containment with continuous liners. Down-Flate: Uses similar inflation technology to expand in a downwards direction to provide a dust tight seal to the upper surface of an unlined drum or IBC. In-Flate: Most practically used with continuous liners, the membrane inflates inwards to compress the liner against a rigid surface, ensuring the membrane is away from product contact at all times. All models are available as stand alone units providing primary containment at source, or alternatively can be incorporated into a booth or isolation system providing secondary containment.
