Service Level Agreements

Although we are able to offer all of the above on a pay-as-you-go basis, our annual and multi-year service  agreements offer enhanced value for money. Howorth is able to offer three Service Level Agreements  (SLAs).

 

Gold – Howorth’s premium level of service covers all costs both routine and emergency including all parts  and labour.

 

Silver – This intermediate level of cover provides for all scheduled parts and labour but excludes emergency call out costs.

 

Bronze – Our basic level of SLA covers all labour, inspection and reporting costs.
