Marketing Executive

We are delighted that due to our continued growth, we have a vacancy within our Marketing Team.
Working Location: Head Office | Full-time
The Marketing Executive will support the marketing team in delivering targeted campaigns, creating engaging content, and coordinating events that resonate with our B2B clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced SME environment.
Key Responsibilities
As part of your role at Howorth, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns tailored to pharmaceutical and healthcare clients
- Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
- Support the development of product brochures, datasheets, case studies, and technical documentation.
- Help coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and industry-specific events.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and product positioning.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and marketing databases.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools.
- Liaise with suppliers, printers, and external agencies as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear marketing messages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with industrial trade shows and exhibitions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Interest or experience in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sectors is highly desirable
